How President Trump cons the Media into offering weekly resets of the national narrative.

President Donald J. Trump has proven over and over again that he is incapable of rising to the occasion to which the Office of the Presidency demands. He doesn’t deserve perpetual resets for performing poorly in his job. The President of the United States doesn’t deserve of cookie for ramming unpopular tax legislation through Congress on a purely partisan basis. The President of the United States doesn’t get a gold star for barely executing the office in which he holds. The President should not be told that he is doing a great job when we all clearly can see that he is not. Reporters and journalist should stop hitting the reset button because the President deploys is his political strategy of carefully crafted continuous chaos.

Millions of children are on the verge of losing health insurance. Tens of thousands of our fellow Americans are still without electricity and basic necessities in Puerto Rico. Thousands of DACA recipients remain in limbo. The UN has rebuked President Trump’s provocation of moving our embassy to Jerusalem. The North Korean crisis is heating up right as the world prepares to gather for the Winter Olympics. Water in Flint, Michigan is still not drinkable. We still don’t know what happened in Niger. The Russian investigation is steaming forward despite calls for the Special Counsel to be terminated. Trump has been President for nearly a year and he barely was able to repay his and his parties corporate donors and billionaire campaign contributors by way of his Tax Scam legislation. We should truly be asking ourselves why he gets a reset after the year we have had since he was inaugurated 45th President of the United States. We need to cure this American Trump Amnesia as we enter the New Year. We need to stay focused and send the President a signal he cannot ignore by way of the 2018 Midterm Elections. We cannot do that if we continue to give the President a weekly reset of the national narrative.
